To purchase additional storage through the SysCloud Backup Application, follow these steps:
- Log in to the application with your G Suite or Office 365 credentials.
- Click “Hello (username)” at the top right-hand corner of the window and select “My Profile.”
- Click “Purchase additional licenses.”
- Fill in the required number of additional storage (TB) under “Quota” and click “Buy Storage Quota.”
- Fill in your details and make the payment. We will upgrade your storage and notify you within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
