How can I increase my storage limit?
To purchase additional storage through the SysCloud Backup Application, follow these steps:
Turbo UI
Follow the steps below to update the backup storage settings for a user in the Turbo UI of the SysCloud backup application:
You can add more storage by buying more licenses. Each user license is allotted 75 GB of storage. Here is how you can buy more licenses:
Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account.
Step 2: Select the settings icon on the top right corner of the screen and then click “Billing”.
Step 3: Under the Backup Settings menu on the left-hand side of the screen, navigate to “Billing> Subscriptions”.
Step 4: Click “Modify Subscription”.
Step 5: Click the “Select the change you want to make” drop-down and select “Upgrade my subscription”.
Step 6: Select the checkbox next to the names of the cloud you want to increase licenses for. Enter the number of units you want to add to your subscription in the text box next to the corresponding cloud name.
Step 7: Click “Request modification” and make the payment.
Legacy UI
Follow the steps below to update the backup storage settings for a user in the Legacy UI of the SysCloud backup application:
- Log in to the application with your G Suite or Office 365 credentials.
- Click “Hello (username)” at the top right-hand corner of the window and select “My Account.”
- Click “MANAGE ACCOUNT.”
- Fill in your requirements in the page that follows and click on the “SUBMIT” button.
