How do I cancel auto-renewal for my SysCloud backup subscription?

Your SysCloud backup subscription is by default, set to automatically renew annually or monthly (depending on what you chose when you set up the subscription). Follow the below steps to cancel auto-renewal. 

Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account. 

Step 2: Select the settings icon on the top right corner of the screen and then click “Billing”. 

Step 3: Under the Backup Settings menu on the left-hand side of the screen, navigate to “Billing> Subscriptions”. 

Step 4: Click “Modify Subscription”. 

Step 5: Click the “Select the change you want to make” drop down and select “Something else”

Step 6: Enter “Cancel subscription” in the text box and click “Request modification”
