How do I change the account holder's email id for my domain?

Follow these steps to change the primary account holder's email id registered with SysCloud:

  1. Change Primary email id:
    1. Click on “Hello (Username)” icon on the top right-hand side of the window and select “My Account.”

    2.  Click on the pen icon under the contact details.

      Update email id
    3. Enter the new admin’s email ID and save the changes.

      Confirm
    1. Change Domain administrator email id:
      1. Click “Backup”→“Settings”→“Backup Settings.”

      2. Scroll down to “Domain administrator email” and change the email ID.

      3. Click “SAVE SETTINGS” to update the email id.
