Why are chat message violations not flagged by the threat policies?
The chat message violations of a user might not get flagged by our application due to the following reasons:
- Exact keyword match (spelling) might not be present in the policy regex pattern.
- A user has to send at least one email for the application to begin scanning the user’s email and chat. This is a Google limitation.
