How do I disable the backup process for a specific Organization Unit (OU)?

Follow these steps to disable backup for a particular OU:

• Log in to SysCloud with your account credentials.
• Click “Backup”→“Settings”→“Manage Users.”
  
  
• Select “ORG UNITS.”
  
• Click the “Pause” icon to pause the backup process.
