Why am I not able to download the exported files?

If the size of the exported files is large, creating the download link might take some time. If the export is taking too long, contact helpdesk@syscloud.com. We will split the files into batches and expedite the process.

Note:

1. A maximum of 9,999 files can be downloaded as a single .pst file (no limitation in size).
2. Based on the number of files, the time taken to generate the download link might vary.
