How do I export backed up emails as PST files?

You can download your emails as PST files by following the below steps

Step 1: Click “Archives and Restore” from the Backup drop-down menu and choose the user whose emails you want to export.

Step 2: Under the ‘MAIL’ section, select the individual emails or labels you want to export.

Step 3: Under “EXPORT AS,” click “PST: All” if you want to export the full account as a PST file. Click “PST: Selected Label(s)” to export selected email labels or click “PST: Selected Mail(s)” to export selected emails. 

Step 4: Click ‘YES’ on the Export to PST Confirmation dialog box. 

Note: The export duration will vary depending on the number of files to be exported. 

Step 5: Click “Restore & Export Report” under the Backup drop-down menu. 

Step 6: Click ‘Export’ to see the progress of the PST export. Once the export is complete, you can download the file by clicking on the download button.You will be able to access the PST file under ‘Downloads’ in your local machine.
