How to enable the image backup for OneDrive in the SysCloud application for multiple domains?

Follow the below steps to turn ON image backup in the SysCloud application for multiple domains:

Turbo UI:

Step 1: Login to SysCloud with admin credentials.

Step 2: Click Jobs from the top navigation menu.

Step 3:

1. For a new job: You can create a new backup job by clicking on ‘create a new backup job’ and proceed to Step 3: Select scope in the flow.
   
2. For an existing backup Job: Open the existing backup job for which you want to change the retention period and in the Job details side tray that pops up, click Edit and proceed to proceed to proceed to Step 3: Select scope in the flow.
   

Step 4: In ‘Select scope’ click the pencil icon next to the user/domain information in the 'Scope' column. 

Step 5: In the Entities side tray that opens select the domain you want to add to the scope and then select Entire domain from the ‘Select users to backup’ dropdown.

Step 6: Go to the fourth step in the job creation ‘Select apps’ and click the pencil icon next to the 'Apps' column.  Ensure OneDrive is chosen for the scope.

Step 7: Click on the pencil icon 'next to Custom under the exclusion’s column for OneDrive.

Step 8: In the window that opens, we can decide whether to include Image on the backup (by default unchecked) and to exclude specific file types from backup based on just extension, by Size or both.

Step 9: Click Next through the remaining steps in the backup job creation or edit flow. In the Define action flows step, click Start Backup to save the changes and apply them to the backup job.
