How to enable the image backup for OneDrive in the SysCloud application for multiple domains?
Follow the below steps to turn ON image backup for multiple domains in the SysCloud application:
In the Turbo UI:
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Jobs' page on the top menu.
Step 2: Click on the 'Create new backup job' button to create a new job or click on an existing job to edit it.
Step 3: Go to the third step in the job creation 'Define backup job scope' and click the pencil icon next to the 'Apps' column.
Step 4: Click on the 'custom pencil icon' under the exclusions column for OneDrive, remove any given exclusions to add them to the backup job, and click on 'Confirm'.
Step 5: Start the backup job to bring the changes made into effect.
Legacy UI
Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud application with your credentials.
Step 2: Click on “Backup” → “Settings”
Step 3: In the Settings page, on the top right, select all the domains for which you need to enable image backup.
Step 4: In the “Domains” tab, under “Drive” settings, you will find “Switch ON to include Image.” Turn ON the switch to enable image backup for all the users on the selected domains.
Step 5: In the settings page, scroll down to the section “Apply to Whom?” and under “How do you want to apply the settings?”, choose “Apply to backup archives for all users” and click on “Save Settings”.
