How to enable the image backup for OneDrive in the SysCloud application?

Follow the below steps to turn ON image backup in the SysCloud application for OneDrive:

Turbo UI:

Step 1: Login to SysCloud with admin credentials.

Step 2: Click Jobs from the top navigation menu.

Step 3:

1. For a new job: You can create a new backup job by clicking on ‘create new backup job’ and proceed to Step 4: Select apps in the flow.
   
2. For an existing backup Job: Open the existing backup job for which you want to change the retention period and in the Job details side tray that pops up, click Edit and proceed to proceed to proceed to Step 4: Select apps in the flow.
   

Step 4: Go to the fourth step in the job creation ‘Select apps’ and click the pencil icon next to the 'Apps' column. Ensure to select OneDrive in apps.

Step 5: Click on the pencil icon 'next to Custom under the exclusion’s column for OneDrive.

Step 6: In the window that opens, we can decide whether to include Image on the backup (by default unchecked) and to exclude specific file types from backup based on just extension, by Size or both.

Step 7: Click Next through the remaining steps in the backup job creation or edit flow. In the Define action flows step, click Start Backup to save the changes and apply them to the backup job.
