How would an end-user (non-admin) access his backup archives? Is there a way to set this up?

Follow these steps to enable self-service for end-users:

1. Log in to SysCloud with your account credentials.
2. Click “Setup”→“Settings”→“End-User Access.”
   
   
3. Select “User-level” and toggle the “Backup” to ON.
   
   
4. Click “✓ Yes.”
