How to export a specific version of a Drive Doc?

Follow these steps to export a specific version of a Drive document:

Steps:

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your credentials.

Step 2: Go to Archives.

  

Step 3: From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select Google Workspace.

  

Step 4: Under Google Workspace, select Google Drive.

  

Step 5: Select the user whose Google Drive archive contains the file you want to export.

  

Step 6: In the user’s Google Drive archive, click the snapshot date selector on the top-right corner of the archive table.

  

Step 7: Select the required snapshot date and time for a Point-in-time archive view and click Apply.

  

Step 8: The archive will display the Drive data available in the selected snapshot.

  

Step 9: Select the checkbox next to the document.

  

Step 10: Click Export.

  

Step 11: In the Export - Drive pop-up, verify the selected snapshot date.

  

Step 12: Add a comment, if required. The comment will be shown in the export report.

  

Step 13: Click Export.

  

The export process will be initiated for the selected version of the Drive document.

Step 14: View export status: Go to Reports > Export report to check the export status and download the exported data when it is ready. The download link is available for 7 days. The contents will be downloaded in a zipped file.
