The export process will start for the selected user account. **Step 12:** In case you wish to skip the export of a particular app, click Skip.  ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-08-2026-06-53-46-7344-AM.png?width=933&height=420&name=undefined-Jul-08-2026-06-53-46-7344-AM.png)    The Google Drive export pop-up will have one additional option to include files “Shared with me” also along with files owned by the user. ** ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-08-2026-06-54-10-6122-AM.png?width=1047&height=471&name=undefined-Jul-08-2026-06-54-10-6122-AM.png) ** **View export status:** Go to Reports \> Export report to check the export status and download the exported data when it is ready. The download link is available for 7 days.
