How to export my full account?

Follow these steps to export a user’s full account data from the SysCloud backup application.

Steps

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your credentials.

Step 2: Go to Archives.

Step 3: From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select Google Workspace.

Step 4: Go to the User archives tab.

Step 5: Select the checkbox next to the user whose full account data you want to export.

Step 6: Click More and select Export.

Step 7: In the Export - Apps pop-up, review the apps available for export.

• Please note that each app is exported separately using Export & proceed, and Skip can be used for apps that should not be exported.
    

Step 8: For each app, select the required Snapshot Date for Point-in-time export. This will export the archive contents version on a specific point-in-time.

Step 9: Add a comment, if required. The comment will be shown in the export report.

Step 10: Click Export & proceed.

Step 11: Repeat the same steps for the remaining apps in the export flow. The export process will start for the selected user account.

Step 12: In case you wish to skip the export of a particular app, click Skip.

View export status: Go to Reports > Export report to check the export status and download the exported data when it is ready. The download link is available for 7 days. The contents will be downloaded in a zipped file.

Google Drive and Shared Drive Export formats:

The existing folder structure is retained after export.

When Gmail data is exported, emails are exported in EML format with attachments intact. Supported attachments are retained in their original format.
