How to export multiple files?

Follow these steps to export multiple Google Drive files from the SysCloud backup application.

Steps

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your credentials.

Step 2: Go to Archives.

Step 3: From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select Google Workspace.

Step 4: Under Google Workspace, select Google Drive.

Step 5: Select the user whose Google Drive archive contains the file(s) you want to export.

Step 6: In the user’s Google Drive archive, select the required folder from the folder panel on the left.

Step 7:  Select the required snapshot date for Point-in-time export. This enables export of the version of the Drive contents from a specific point-in-time. 

  

Step 8: Select the specific date and time in both To & From for Point-in-time export and click Apply.

    Step 9:  Select the checkboxes next to the files you want to export. 

      

    Step 10: Click Export.

      Step 11: In the Export - Drive pop-up, verify the selected snapshot date for Point-in-time

      Step 12: Add a comment, if required. The comment will be shown in the export report.

      Step 11: Click Export.

      The export process will be initiated for the selected files.

      Step 12: View export status: Go to Reports > Export report to check the export status and download the exported data when it is ready. The download link is available for 7 days. The contents will be downloaded in a zipped file.

      The existing folder structure is retained after export.

      The time taken to generate the download link depends on the number of files selected and their size.
