How to export a specific version of a OneDrive Document?
Follow these steps to export a specific version of a OneDrive document:

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Click on “Archives” and select “Microsoft 365” from the Side Navigation Panel.

Step 3: Navigate to the user archives tab and click on a username to drill down into their archive. Click on 'OneDrive' in the selected user archive to view files.

Step 4: Click on the calendar icon on the top right corner of the archive table and select the date or date range of the snapshot you need from the calendar and click "Apply".

Select a specific snapshot date to view data backed up on that exact date. Select a date range to view data available across a specific period, especially when you are unsure of the exact backup date.

Step 5: The archive will now display the files from the snapshot that you chose. Select the files and click "Export".
Step 6: In the Export confirmation window, review the selected files, add a comment if required, and click Export.

You can view the export status and access the download link from Reports > Export report. The export download link remains active for 7 days. After the link expires, you must initiate the export again to generate a new download link. OneDrive files are downloaded as a ZIP package and retained in their original/native format.
