How to export the entire service: Mail (Outlook), Drive (OneDrive), Contact (People), Calendar, or Sites (SharePoint)?
Follow these steps to export an entire application’s data from the SysCloud Backup Application:
Turbo UI
Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Click on “Archives” and select “Microsoft 365” from the Side Navigation Panel.

Step 3: In the User archives tab, select the checkbox next to the user whose Microsoft 365 app data you want to export, and click Export.

Step 4: In the Export - User level window, review the supported Microsoft 365 apps available for restore.

SysCloud displays the export flow app-wise, such as Calendar, Drive, Mail, Contacts, and Teams Chat. For each app, verify the selected snapshot date and time (click here to learn how to select snapshots), and click Export & proceed to restore that app and move to the next one.
You can view the export status and access the download link from Reports > Export report. The export download link remains active for 7 days. After the link expires, you must initiate the export again to generate a new download link.
