Why is my file export stuck?
Sometimes, a file export might take longer than the expected time to complete. This can happen if the number of files is large or if any of the Drive files fail to export. The delay is caused by the application making retries to export the failed items.
If the export fails to complete 11 hours after the restore request, contact helpdesk@syscloud.com.
