How do I filter the People, Calendar, or SharePoint data in the backup archives?

Follow these steps to filter the People, Calendar, or SharePoint data in a user’s backup archive:

You can view the backup archive People, Calendar, and SharePoint data by navigating to the archives page > Apps archive. 

Step 1. Log in to the SysCloud application.

Step 2. Click on the 'Archives' option in the menu bar.

Step 3. In the 'Apps archives' tab click on the People, Calendar or SharePoint apps to view the files. 

Alternatively, navigate to the app archives from side navigation bar on the Archives page and click on People, Calendar or SharePoint apps to access their backed-up data. 

You can filter People, Calendar, and SharePoint data directly from their respective backup archives in SysCloud. Use the search bar and available filters to narrow down the backed up data and quickly locate the required contacts, calendar items, SharePoint sites, files, or folders.
