How do I filter the Contacts (or People), Calendar, or Sites (or SharePoint) data in the backup archives?

Follow these steps to filter the Contacts (or People), Calendar, or Sites (or SharePoint) data in a user’s backup archive:

  1. Log in to the SysCloud Application with your account credentials.
  2. Click “Backup”→“Archive & Restore.”

  3. Select any of the following:
    * Contact (or People)
    * Calendar, or
    * Sites (or SharePoint)

    Select the preferred service
  4. Use any of these options to filter the data:

Filter: Filter the archived Contacts (or People), Calendar events or Sites (or SharePoint) data based on the created/modified date between the two dates entered in the search bar

Search: Filter the archived Contacts (or People), Calendar events or Sites (or SharePoint) by name

Search option
