How do I filter the Contacts, Calendar, or Sites data in the backup archives?

Follow these steps to filter the Contacts, Calendar, or Sites data in a user’s backup archive:

 

Choose the UI version - Turbo UI | Legacy UI

In the Turbo UI:

  1. 1. Log in to the SysCloud Application with your account credentials.
  2. Go to "Archives" > "Apps" > Select the app you want to view the data.
  3. Click on the filter icon on top of the table, next to the search bar, and use the given option to filter the file archive. 

In the Legacy UI

  1. Log in to the SysCloud Application with your account credentials.
  2. Click “Backup”→“Archive & Restore.”

  3. Select any of the following:
    * Contact
    * Calendar, or
    * Sites

    Select the preferred service
  4. Use any of these options to filter the data:

Filter: Filter the archived Contacts, Calendar events or Sites data based on the created/modified date between the two dates entered in the search bar
