How do I filter the Contacts, Calendar, or Sites data in the backup archives?
Follow these steps to filter the Contacts, Calendar, or Sites data in a user’s backup archive:
In the Turbo UI:
- 1. Log in to the SysCloud Application with your account credentials.
- Go to "Archives" > "Apps" > Select the app you want to view the data.
- Click on the filter icon on top of the table, next to the search bar, and use the given option to filter the file archive.
In the Legacy UI
- Log in to the SysCloud Application with your account credentials.
- Click “Backup”→“Archive & Restore.”
- Select any of the following:
* Contact
* Calendar, or
* Sites - Use any of these options to filter the data:
Filter: Filter the archived Contacts, Calendar events or Sites data based on the created/modified date between the two dates entered in the search bar
Search: Filter the archived Contacts, Calendar events or Sites by name
