How do I change the backup storage limit of a user?
Applicable for both Turbo and Legacy backup versions.
Follow the steps below to update the backup storage settings for a user in the Turbo UI of the SysCloud backup application:
- Log in to SysCloud Backup Application with your credentials.
- On the top navigation bar, click on “Settings (gear icon)" → “Backup configuration.”
- Navigate to the 'Users' tab and select the user's domain on the top right.
- Search for the user in the table and click on ':'(Ellipse) icon to view more actions.
- Click on 'Settings' and navigate to the section “Storage & Retention” and set a new backup storage limit.
Legacy UI
Follow the steps below to update the backup storage settings for a user in the Legacy UI of the SysCloud backup application:
- Log in to SysCloud Backup Application with your credentials.
- Click “Backup” → “Settings” → “Backup Settings.”
- Navigate to the section “Storage & Retention” and set a new backup storage limit.
