How do I restore deleted emails for a user?
SysCloud allows you to recover deleted emails for any user by applying specific filters in the Archives section. You can use the anomaly detection filter to quickly locate and restore emails marked as deleted.
Steps to restore deleted emails:
- Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.
- Navigate to the Archives tab.
- Select the user whose emails you want to restore.
- Click on the Gmail app to open the user’s email archives.
- Click the filter icon and under Anomaly type, select Deleted.
- You can also apply date range or label filters to narrow your search if needed.
- Once the deleted emails are listed, select the emails you want to restore.
- Click on the Restore button to initiate the process.
You can track the progress of the restore job from the Reports tab.
