How do I search for an email/document in the SysCloud backup archives?

Applicable for the Turbo (Gen 3) backup version

Follow the below steps to search for an email or document in the SysCloud backup archives:
  • Step 1: Login to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.
  • Step 2: Navigate to Archives and select the required application from the Backup and Restore drop-down. For example, if you need to search for an email from Gmail, select Gmail from the Backup and Restore drop-down.

  • Step 3: Click on the user whose email/document needs to be searched for. This will take you to the user archives for the selected app.

  • Step 4: Locate the email/document by entering its name on the search bar.

    You can also search using granular search filters such as Subject, Date, From, To, Cc, Bcc (for Gmail) and Doc name, Doc ID, create date, folder name, shared with me/owned by me (for Google Drive).
