What happens if I try to restore a Salesforce record that is in the Recycle Bin?
When you try to restore a Salesforce record that is in the Recycle Bin, what happens depends on the restore option you select:
1) Create new record: This option will create a duplicate of the record with a new record id. The original record will remain in the Recycle Bin.
2) Skip record: This option will keep the record in the Recycle Bin itself.
3) Overwrite record: This option will undelete the record from the Recycle Bin and update it with the information from the selected backup snapshot.
