# How does the trial version of the SysCloud online backup service work?

The trial version of the SysCloud application will back up the data in cloud applications, such as emails, documents, calendar, contacts (or people), and sites (or SharePoint).

Each license offers

| **SaaS Application** | **Included** | **Excluded** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Google Workspace |  Users - 10 (75GB per license)  Shared Drives - 10  Classrooms (only for EDU) - 10 | Audio, Video, Image file backup. PST & MBOX export for Gmail. |
| Microsoft 365 | Users - 10 (75GB per license) SharePoint sites - 10 Team sites - 10 | Audio, Video, Image file backup. PST & MBOX export for Outlook. |
| Slack | Workspace - 1 (75GB per license) Users - 10 (75GB per license) |   |
| HubSpot | Account - 1 (75GB per license) |   |
| QuickBooks Online | Company - 1 (75GB per license) |   |
