How to cancel my SysCloud backup subscription?

Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account. 

Step 2: Select the settings icon on the top right corner of the screen and then click “Billing”. 

Step 3: Under the Backup Settings menu on the left-hand side of the screen, navigate to “Billing> Subscriptions”. 

Step 4: Click “Modify Subscription”. 

Step 5: Click the “Select the change you want to make” drop-down and select “Cancel my subscription”.  

Step 6: Click “Request modification”
