How can I export a Google Classroom from the SysCloud backup application?

Follow the below steps to export a Google Classroom from the SysCloud backup application.

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Click the Archives tab in the top navigation bar. From the left panel, select the Google Workspace logo, and then click the Google Classroom logo to view the archived Google Classroom backup data.

Step 3: Select the Classroom you want to export, and then click More. From the drop-down menu, click Export and choose the required export format: PDF, XML, or CSV.

Step 4: From the export pop-up add an optional comment to be displayed in the export report, and then click Export.

Step 5: To view the export status and download the exported file, navigate to Reports > Export Reports. Once the export is complete, you can download the file from this page. The download link remains active for 7 days from the time it is generated.
