How to export a single file?
Follow these steps to export a single file from the SysCloud Backup Application:
Turbo UI
- Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account.
- Step 2: Navigate to Archives and select OneDrive from the Backup and Restore drop-down.
- Step 3: Choose the user whose Drive file or files you want to export.
- Step 4: Choose the required snapshot date and click Apply. Select the OneDrive file you want to export (You can select the entire Drive or multiple files at once).
- Step 5: Click the “Export” option on the top.
- Step 6: Add any comments if needed. This will be displayed in the export report. Click “Export”.
Legacy UI
- Log in to the SysCloud Backup Application.
- Click “Backup”→“Archive & Restore.”
- Select the required Office 365 app: Mail (Outlook), Drive (OneDrive), Contact(People), Calendar, or Sites (SharePoint).
- Select the file by clicking on the checkbox next to the file name.
- Click “Export” and choose “Selected Items.”
- Click “Yes.”
- Click “Export Report” to check the status.
Note: If you had closed the pop-up window, go to “Backup”→“Reports”→“Export Report” to view the export status. - Click “Download” to download the exported file.
Note: The time taken to generate the download link depends on the number of files and their size.
