How to export a folder?

Follow these steps to export a folder from the SysCloud Backup Application:

Choose the UI version - Turbo UI | Legacy UI

Turbo UI

  • Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account.  
  • Step 2: Navigate to Archives and select OneDrive from the Backup and Restore drop-down.

  • Step 3: Choose the user whose Drive folder you want to export.

  • Step 4: Choose the required snapshot date and click Apply. Select the OneDrive folder you want to export (You can select the entire Drive or multiple folders at once). 


  • Step 5: Click the “Export” option on the top. 
  • Step 6: Add any comments if needed. This will be displayed in the export report. Click “Export”

Legacy UI

  1. Log in to the SysCloud Backup Application.
  2. Click “Backup”→“Archive & Restore.”

  3. Select the required Office 365 app: Mail (Outlook), Drive (OneDrive), Contact(People), Calendar, or Sites (SharePoint).

  4. Click the arrow beside “OneDrive.”

  5. Select the folder.

  6. Click “Export” and choose “Selected Folder.”

  7. Click “Yes.”

  8. Click “Export Report” to check the status.

    export reportNote: If you had closed the pop-up window, go to “Backup”→“Reports”→“Export Report” to view the export status.

  9. Click “Download” to download the exported file.

    Note: The time taken to generate the download link depends on the number of files and their size.
