How to export Slack channel threads?

Follow the steps below to export Slack channel threads from the SysCloud backup application. 

Step 1: Sign in to your SysCloud account.  

Step 2: Click on “Archives” and select Slack from the Side Navigation Panel. 

Step 3: Select your workspace from the list from where you want to export Slack channel threads from.  

Step 4: Select Public Channels/Private Channels from the navigation bar on top and select the Slack channel the thread belongs to. 

Step 5: Choose the channel thread you want to export by clicking the checkbox next to it (you can select multiple threads to be exported at once). Click the “Export” option from the top.  

Step 6: In the Export window, verify the selected snapshot date using the calendar icon. Add a comment, if required, and click Export.

To check the Export Status and access the download link you can proceed to Export report under Reports Tab.
