How to export Slack Direct Messages?
Steps to export one or more DMs or specific threads within a DM -
Step 1: Sign in to your SysCloud account.
Step 2: Navigate to Archives> Slack.
Step 3: Choose the Slack Workspace you want to export the DMs from.
Step 4: Select “Direct Messages” from the navigation bar on top and choose the user whose DMs you want to export.
Step 5: In the left panel, a list of all the user's DMs will displayed.
To export the full DM, select the checkbox next to one or more DMs.
To export specific threads within a DM, click on the DM name in the left panel and check the boxes next to the threads you want to export. To preview a thread, select its hyperlinked name.
Step 6: Click “Export” from the tab on top.
Step 7: Add any comments if needed and click “Export.”
