The comment will be shown in the export report.  ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-08-2026-07-36-54-6655-AM.png?width=930&height=420&name=undefined-Jul-08-2026-07-36-54-6655-AM.png)  **Step 9:** Click Export.  ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-08-2026-07-36-45-5198-AM.png?width=921&height=417&name=undefined-Jul-08-2026-07-36-45-5198-AM.png)  The export process will be initiated for the selected user’s Google Calendar archive. **Step 10:View export status:** Go to Reports \> Export report to check the export status and download the exported data when it is ready. The download link is available for 7 days.
