How to perform an on-demand backup for a classroom using the SysCloud backup application?

Follow the below steps to perform an on-demand backup of the SysCloud backup application.

    1. Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.
    2. Go to Archives.

        

    3. From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select Google Workspace.

        

    4. Under Google Workspace, select Google Classroom.

        

    5. In the classroom archive list, select the checkbox next to the classroom you want to back up.

        

    6. Click Backup now.

        

    7. In the confirmation pop-up, click Backup now.

        

                  The on-demand backup will start for the selected classroom.

                  Note

                  On-demand backup starts a manual backup for the selected classroom. You can refresh the archive page or check the backup status from the classroom archive list.
