How to preview a compliance alert?

SysCloud's Backup Data Insights capability scans backed up data for compliance risks and flags them for the admins to take action.

To preview a file or email that is flagged as a risk, click on the 'File name' or 'Email subject' (First column in the report).

Please note that dure to API limitation, the preview shows the latest version of the file and that not the version which is flagged as a compliance risk. If you don't see any sensitive data in the preview, we recommend you export the file from the compliance report to view the exact version that is flagged as a risk.
