How to remove licenses for my SysCloud backup subscription?

Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account. 

Step 2: Select the settings icon on the top right corner of the screen and then click “Billing”. 

Step 3: Under the Backup Settings menu on the left-hand side of the screen, navigate to “Billing> Subscriptions”. 

Step 4: Click “Modify Subscription”. 

Step 5: Click the “Select the change you want to make” drop-down and select “Downgrade my subscription”

Step 6: Select the checkbox next to the names of the cloud you want to remove licenses for. Enter the number of units you want to remove from your subscription in the text box next to the corresponding cloud name. 

Step 7: Click “Request modification”.
