How to perform a manual on-demand backup for Google Workspace?

Use the Backup now option to manually trigger an on-demand backup for a Google Workspace user.

Steps

1. Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.
2. Go to Archives.
   
     
3. Select Google Workspace from the app selector on the left panel.
   
     
4. In the User archives tab, select the checkbox next to the user for whom you want to run an on-demand backup. Click Backup now.
     
5. In the confirmation pop-up, click Backup now again.
    

The backup will start immediately for the selected user.
