My organization is tax-exempt. Do I still need to pay sales tax?

Please submit a valid sales tax exemption certificate at the time of making the purchase or issuing the purchase order or when the SysCloud order form is signed. You can email the tax exemption certificate to finance@syscloud.com.

If you have already paid the sales tax for an invoice, please submit a valid exemption certificate within 30 days of making the payment to get a refund from SysCloud. If you would like to claim a sales tax refund after 30 days of making the payment, please reach out to your state’s tax department.
