How to perform an on-demand backup for a Salesforce organization?

Follow the steps below to perform an on-demand backup for your Salesforce organization.

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.  

Step 2: Click “Archives” and select “Salesforce” from the Backup and Restore drop down. 

Step 3: From the backup archives, select the organization that you want to back up from the list by clicking on the checkbox next to the organization name.   

Step 4: Click “Backup now.” 

Step 5: In the confirmation dialog box, click “Backup now” to confirm backup. 

Note: You can perform an on-demand backup for multiple organizations.
