How to perform an on-demand backup for a Salesforce organization?

Follow the steps below to perform an on-demand backup for your Salesforce organization.

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials. 

Step 2: Go to the Salesforce backup archives.  

Step 3: From the backup archives, select the account that you want to back up from the list by clicking on the checkbox next to the account name.   

Step 4: Click “Backup now.” 

Step 5: In the confirmation dialog box, click “Backup now” to confirm backup.

Note: On-demand backup can be performed only for accounts with a Completed backup status. Accounts in the Paused and In progress state cannot be backed up using on-demand backup.
