# What are the backup and restore limitations for QuickBooks Online using the SysCloud backup application?

1. Due to QuickBooks Online API limitation, SysCloud cannot backup the following objects: 

*(Data from some of these objects are captured in the objects that can be backed up)* 

- Account list detail 
- Account-based billable expenses 
- Audit Log Entries 
- Balance Sheet 
- Banking Feeds, Bank Rules 
- Batch 
- Budget 
- Cash Flow 
- Custom Reports and Custom Forms 
- Customer Balance 
- Customer Income 
- Customer Type 
- Delayed Charges and Delayed Credits 
- Entitlements 
- Exchange rate 
- FEC Report 
- General Ledger 
- General Ledger FR 
- Inventory Adjustments 
- Inventory Valuation Summary 
- Item-based billable expenses with markups 
- Journal Report 
- Journal Report FR 
- Payroll 
- Preferences 
- Price Rules 
- Profit And Loss 
- QuickBooks Online payments 
- Reimburse Charge 
- Tax Classification 
- Tax Payment 
- Tax Service 
- Tax Summary 
- Trial Balance 
- Vendor Balance 

2. Due to QuickBooks Online API limitation, Preferences and Tax Codes are read-only and cannot be restored. 

3. Due to QuickBooks Online API limitation, Employee object can be backed up only if payroll is enabled. 

 4. SysCloud cannot restore data at a QuickBooks Online company level.
