Why is the restore event taking a long time to complete?

The restore process could be delayed due to various reasons:

  • Large file size
  • If the number of files is more, the restore process will be longer
  • The destination user account (to which you are trying to restore data) could be deleted or suspended
  • Internet connectivity issues

You can check the status of your restore process by following these steps:

Turbo UI:

1. Click "Reports" in the menu on top. 

2. Click on the item count and view the status of each file. 

Legacy UI
  • Click “Backup”→“Reports”→“Restore Report.”
