Why is the restore event taking a long time to complete?
The restore process could be delayed due to various reasons:
- Large file size
- If the number of files is more, the restore process will be longer
- The destination user account (to which you are trying to restore data) could be deleted or suspended
- Internet connectivity issues
Note:
You can check the status of your restore process by following these steps:
Turbo UI:
1. Click "Reports" in the menu on top.
2. Click on the item count and view the status of each file.
Legacy UI- Click “Backup”→“Reports”→“Restore Report.”
- View the status under the "Progress" section.
