How to restore QuickBooks Online attachables from the SysCloud backup application?
Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account.
Step 2: Click Archives, and then select QuickBooks Online from the left sidebar.

Step 3: Select the company from which the attachable restore will be performed.

Step 4: Click Attachable from the navigation menu on top.
Step 5: Select the item that you want to restore. You can restore a single attachable or select multiple attachables at once. Then, click Restore from the action bar on top.

Step 7: Under Restore options, select the required option:

Overwrite attachable – If the selected attachable already exists in QuickBooks Online, it will be replaced with the version available in the backup snapshot. If the attachable does not exist in QuickBooks Online, a new item will be created with ‘SysCloud’.

Skip attachable if present in QuickBooks Online – If the selected attachable already exists in QuickBooks Online, it will not be replaced with the version available in the backup snapshot. If the attachable does not exist in QuickBooks Online, a new item will be created with ‘SysCloud’.

Create new attachable – A new attachable will always be created with ‘SysCloud’.

Step 8: Add comments in the Add comment section if required. The comment will be shown in the restore report.
Step 9: Click Restore.
