How to restore a QuickBooks Online list item from SysCloud backup?
Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account.
Step 2: Click Archives, and then select QuickBooks Online from the left sidebar.

Step 3: Select the company from which the list item restore will be performed.

Step 4: Click Lists from the navigation menu on top.

Step 5: Select the list that you want to restore. You can restore a single list item or multiple list items at once. Then, click Restore from the action bar on top.
Step 6: Click “Restore” from the Actions tab on top.

Step 7: Under Restore options, choose the required option:

Overwrite lists – If the selected item already exists in QuickBooks Online, it will be replaced with the version available in the backup snapshot. If the item does not exist in QuickBooks Online, a new item will be created with ‘SysCloud’.

Skip lists if present in QuickBooks Online – If the selected item already exists in QuickBooks Online, it will not be replaced with the version available in the backup snapshot. If the item does not exist in QuickBooks Online, a new item will be created with ‘SysCloud’.

Step 9: Click Restore.
