How to restore files to a specific folder location in OneDrive?
By default, the files will be restored to the original location on the OneDrive application from which it was deleted. However, you can choose to have a custom folder for restoring the files and select whether you want to retain the sharing permissions.

You can restore a specific version of a file from the snapshot selector.
Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Click on “Archives” and select “OneDrive” from the Side Navigation Panel.

Step 3: Navigate to the user archives tab and click on a username to drill down into their archive. Choose the snapshot from the snapshot selector in the top right corner of the table.

Step 4: The archive will now display the files from the snapshot version that you chose. Select the file(s) and click restore.

Step 5:
- Verify the selected snapshot date and time in the Restore window (click here to learn how to select snapshots).
- By default, the selected user will be selected. To perform a cross-user restore, you can select a different user of the same domain.

- If you want to restore the selected files to a separate folder, select Create a new folder for restore. If the selected files are not inside any folder, SysCloud creates a new restore folder using the format Restored on dd-mmm-yyyy hh_mm_ss. If the selected files are already inside a folder or subfolder, SysCloud retains the folder and subfolder structure automatically inside the newly created folder.
