How to restore user groups in Slack using the SysCloud backup application? 

Follow the steps below to restore Slack user groups using SysCloud backup application: 

Step 1: Login to SysCloud application using your admin credentials. 

Step 2: Click on “Archives” and select Slack from the Side Navigation Panel. 

Step 3: Select the workspace from which you want to restore user groups.

Step 4: Select “User groups” from the navigation bar on top. Choose the user groups you want to restore by clicking the checkbox next to them (you can choose multiple user groups at once) and click “Restore.” 

Step 5: Verify the snapshot date and time using the calendar icon and add comments to be shown in the restore report (optional). Click on “Restore” to confirm restore. 

You can check the restore progress and status from Reports > Restore report.
