How can I set the retention period for data backup in the SysCloud Backup Application?

Follow these steps to set your retention period:

1. Log in to SysCloud Backup Application with your account credentials.
2. Click Backup → Settings.
   
   
3. Scroll down to the Data & Storage section,  select the required retention period in Day(s), Month(s), or Year(s) for each service, or set unlimited retention by checking the Unlimited option.
   
   
4. Select how you want the retention settings to be applied. You can choose from one of these options:
   a) Apply to backup archives of all users
   b) Apply only to users to be added in the future
   c) Apply to all org unit settings
   d) Apply to all non-org unit settings
