Unable to restore Slack data due to API usage limit

Slack has temporarily paused API calls as maximum API rate limit has been reached. You can retry the restore once the API limits are reset.

Here’s why we are unable to restore your Slack data.

Slack sets rate limits on APIs which SysCloud uses to restore data into the workspace. When the rate limit is exceeded, SysCloud stops responding to API requests to restore the data.

Because Slack resets the API rates within an hour, you can retry the restore in sometime.
