What is OU sync and how do I initiate it?

Follow the steps below to initiate OU sync:

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings icon and click “Cloud Connection Center” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: In the Cloud Connection Center, click the pencil icon next to the cloud.

Step 4: In the Connection Status pop-up, click the check box for the account you want to sync, and click on OU Sync under Sync
