What is the refund policy if I cancel my SysCloud subscription?
As per our terms of service, we do not provide any refund if you cancel your subscription.
However, if you choose to cancel our services due to issues that breach our SLA and critically impact your business, we will provide a refund.
If you are not satisfied with our services, reach out to helpdesk@syscloud.com. We will assess and respond to your request within two business days.
