Why can't I upload audit log for a QBO company?
You may be unable to upload an audit log for a company due to the following reasons:
- Company is disconnected
The company is not connected to SysCloud. Ensure the company is active and connected in the SysCloud application before attempting to upload the audit log. - Company is not part of job scope
The company is not included in the current backup or monitoring job scope. Verify that the company is configured within your SysCloud job settings to enable audit log uploads.
