Why did my payment fail? What should I do to fix it?

If your payment was not successful, it might have been declined by the bank associated with your credit card.

Try to make the payment once again by re-entering your card details. If it fails again, check with the bank using the payment error information displayed in our application. 

Note: The payment error alert will be displayed in the Credit Card information section of the page after you click “Pay With Your Credit Card.”
