Why does SysCloud charge additional Slack users on a prorata basis?
Since Slack is a shared application, we implement a billing model where all standard users of these applications are billed, irrespective of their individual usage levels.
Henceforth, our backups run for all active users in the cloud, and when a new user is added, they are also included in the billing cycle.
